Everyone deserves happiness and fulfillment, but the path to get there isn’t the same for everyone. Traditional talk therapy can be a powerful tool, but for some, it may not feel like the right fit or go deep enough to access what truly needs to be processed. My approach offers another way in.

I work in a direct yet loving, open, and honest way. I strive to bring a presence that conveys warmth and support. There is nothing more rewarding than watching clients realize they are not broken—when they move beyond years of self-doubt, experience joy again, and feel clear and confident about where they’re going. That’s when I know they’re stepping into the life they deserve.

I have a master’s degree in counseling from Webster University, and I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher, Reiki Master, and Brainspotting practitioner. My work blends these disciplines to offer a holistic approach that reaches beyond traditional talk therapy, helping clients access healing on a deeper level. Together, we work with the places where emotions, memories, and patterns are held. The process isn’t always easy, but it is possible. The only requirement is a willingness to show up for yourself.

Outside of my work, movement, and nature keep me grounded. Running, strength training, and hiking give me space to reflect and reset—feeling strong in my body helps me feel strong in my life. My daily morning practice (sadhana), which includes yoga, helps me start each day with clarity and intention. I’m an avid reader, often drawn to personal development and memoirs because I love learning about both myself and the experiences of others.

Travel has also shaped me in meaningful ways; experiencing places where life moves at a different rhythm has deepened my understanding of presence, connection, and what truly matters. But nothing calls me home like New Orleans. The music, the culture, the energy—waking up to music and going to sleep to it makes the soul feel alive.

One of the biggest lessons life has taught me is that waiting—waiting to grow, waiting to feel better, waiting for the “right time”—only delays our ability to fully live. Yoga Nidra

This is your space to let it all go. Through guided meditation, breath awareness, and deep relaxation, you’ll soften tension in your body, quiet your thoughts, and sink into the kind of rest that truly restores you. No effort or complicated poses, just a comfortable place to lie down, close your eyes, and receive the rest you’ve been needing.

Reiki

Your body already knows how to heal, it just needs the right support. Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-off) practice that works with your energy to restore balance, ease tension, and promote deep relaxation. Whether you're feeling stuck, drained, or just in need of a reset, Reiki helps clear what no longer serves you, so you can feel more at ease in yourself.
